Every Word – Adoption

A lot has been written and even movies made showing the importance of every word and that there can be hidden meaning in every word in the Bible. At the same time many things that are not hidden are not understood or ignored. Many have been taught to ignore the Bible’s own definition for terms.

The English word Adoption is found five times in the new testament. The Greek word that means the same as the English word adoption is not found in the new testament. Major doctrines have been created with the incorrect use of the word.

Romans 8:15 “For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.”

Romans 8:23 “And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.”

Romans 9:4 “Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants,2 and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises”.

Galatians 4:5 “To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.”

Ephesians 1:5 “Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will”.

The word found in scripture that is translated adoption means “the placing as a son, in respect to God”. It was a coming of age ceremony for those who were sons being put into the place of a son. This was not for those who were not sons being placed as sons.

Even Paul said that those under the Law were waiting for the placement of sons as an Israelite. False doctrine breeds more false doctrine. The concept that the majority of those who claim Christ as their savior are some second choice people who had to be brought in or adopted into the fold was created to deal with the incorrect idea that the modern day Jews are God’s chosen. The Bible is so much easier to understand when one has the correct people as God’s chosen.

This Parable is Happening Now

Matthew 13:24-30 “Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.”

Tares have been planted. Many more are being planted now. This parable has been happening for a while and is happening in greater numbers now. The enemy is not dealt with in this parable, but those they used to try to destroy God’s Kingdom are dealt with here. The Bible defines its own terms. Don’t guess.

Every Word – Sheep

A lot has been written and even movies made showing the importance of every word and that there can be hidden meaning in every word in the Bible. At the same time many things that are not hidden are not understood or ignored. Many have been taught to ignore the Bible’s own definition for terms.

The Bible defines its own terms. When the word sheep is used for people, it is always Israelites and only Israelites.

1 Kings 22:17 “And he said, I saw all Israel scattered upon the hills, as sheep that have not a shepherd: and Yahweh said, These have no master: let them return every man to his house in peace.”

2 Chronicles 18:16 “Then he said, I did see all Israel scattered upon the mountains, as sheep that have no shepherd: and Yahweh said, These have no master; let them return therefore every man to his house in peace.”

Jeremiah 50:17 “Israel is a scattered sheep; the lions have driven him away: first the king of Assyria hath devoured him; and last this Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon hath broken his bones.”

Micah 2:12 “I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.”

Matthew 10:6 “But go rather to the lost (put away and punished) sheep of the house of Israel.”

Matthew 15:24 “But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost (put away and punished) sheep of the house of Israel.”

There is never any other verse of scripture that equates or adds any other non-Israelite people as sheep. After all of the above some still try to use the following to negate the scripture.

John 10:16 “And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.”

What many forget or were never taught is that after the time of King Solomon, the nation of Israel split into two separate kingdoms or folds of sheep. The problem is that after the Northern ten tribes were divorced by God and sent into captivity, the scripture never calls them Israel, but promises that they would once again become a part of the kingdom. That is found in Hosea and shown to be fulfilled in Ephesians 2. There are today many nations of Israelites, but only one fold under Christ.

Notes: The Greek word translated lost, would be better translated as “put away and punished”.

Every Word – Children

A lot has been written and even movies made showing the importance of every word and that there can be hidden meaning in every word in the Bible. At the same time many things that are not hidden are not understood or ignored. Many have been taught to ignore the Bible’s own definition for terms.

In John 8:39 and Romans 8:16-17 the word Children is used to mean a specific people. This is also differentiated from seed.

John 8:39 “They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham’s children, ye would do the works of Abraham.”

Romans 8:16-17 “The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.”

In the above Christ acknowledged that those He was talking to were descended from Abraham, that they were of Abraham’s seed, but that they did not qualify as children. Christ’s own definition for the word children includes: They must be born from Abraham. They must have been in bondage.

All of Abraham’s descendants through Jacob had been in bondage many times. Abraham’s descendants through Esau had not.

The “Jews” who were arguing with Christ were not Israelites. They were of Esau who is Edom, Genesis 36. “Edom is in modern Jewry”, The Jewish Encyclopedia

The modern day Jews are not, and have never been, God’s Israel people as proven by the bible, history and Jewish writings.

Every Word – The Called

A lot has been written and even movies made showing the importance of every word in the bible and that there can be hidden meaning. At the same time many things that are not hidden are not understood or ignored. Many have been taught to ignore the Bible’s own definition for terms.

Romans 1:6 “Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ”.

Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

In Romans 1:6 and 8:28 is the phrase “The Called” It is a specific people. The Bible defines that phrase in Isaiah 48:12.

“Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.”

Romans 8:28 is specifically about Israel and only Israel.

Anti-Nomians

Romans 8:5-6 “For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.”

Paul also says:

Romans 1:11 “For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established”.

Romans 7:14a “For we know that the law is spiritual”.

Paul says that the Law is spiritual and that being spiritual is life and peace. That is what the Law of God does. God’s Law, when followed, gives life and peace. This creates cognitive dissonance in the minds of those who reject God’s perfect and righteous Law.

Judeans and “Gentiles” are Under Sin

Romans 3:9 “What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin”.

The Greek text of Romans 3:9 says that some Judeans and “Gentiles” were “under sin”. God’s Law was given only to Israel.

Psalms 147:19-20 “He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel. He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye Yahh.”

Sin is not imputed when there is no law.

Romans 5:13 “For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.”

Hebrews 8:8-10 “For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord. For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people”.

This is a quote from

Jeremiah, 31:31-33 “Behold, the days come, saith Yahweh, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith Yahweh: But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith Yahweh, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.”

Scripture says that the Law was written on the hearts of only those of the two Houses of Israel.

Romans 2:14-15 “For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another”.

This says that some “Gentiles” had the Law written on their heart. Therefore some “Gentiles” in the scripture must be Israelites. There is no spiritual Israel in the bible. This is explained in scripture how God divorced the House of Israel.

Jeremiah 3:8 “And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.”

God divorced the House of Israel with a promise to remarry them.

Romans 7:1-4 “Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth? For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man. Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.”

How they became dead to the judgment of the Law is the subject of another post, but it is found in Romans 6:3-4. They would then be reunited under Christ.

Ephesians 2:11-20 “Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; That at that time ye were without Christ, being alienated from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone”.

Much of this fulfilled scripture was prophesied in Hosea. Why hasn’t your preacher taught this major theme in the New and Old Testaments?

Isaiah 54:5 “For thy Maker is thine husband; Yahweh of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.”

There are many more verses. Do you have God’s Moral Law written on your heart?

(The word Gentiles is actually Nations in the Hebrew and Greek texts. It does not mean “non-Jew”. The modern day Jews are not, and have never been, God’s Israel people as proven by the bible, history and Jewish writings. As a people they are anti-Christ. By their own writings, 90% are of Khazar or Ahkenazi or Turkish descent. “Esau is Edom”, Genesis 36. “Edom is in modern Jewry”, The Jewish Encyclopedia. 9% are of Edomite, Canaanite descent.

The Bible becomes an entirely different book, a love story, when you realize who is really who. )

Law and Rapture

I’ve said this before, but I have heard people on the radio complaining about all the evil that is going on currently.

Many years ago the enemy snuck into our churches and seminaries. Once they were established, they taught that God’s Law was done away and the concept of a rapture of the saints. God’s Law protects us from those who are evil and the false rapture doctrine neutralizes us from participating in the Kingdom of God here on the earth.

The punishment always fits the crime with our God. God’s Law would remove all of the evil. The need for a rapture then is not needed!

All of this was easily taught because we are, as a people, missing one very important detail. All of this is told in the scripture.

Romans 11:25 “For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Nations be come in.”

To make this obvious: The Anglo-Saxon and related peoples who have been looking to Christ for almost two thousand years are God’s Israel people. Those who hate Christ, but claim to be God’s people are not God’s chosen people.

Judah’s Sin

Deuteronomy 7:1 “When Yahweh thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou”.

These along with Ammon and Moab were all people with unrestricted sexual practices that would taint their lineage or were children of incest. These were forbidden people for the children of Israel to marry.

Judah took as wife a Canaanite woman named Shuah. From this came three sons, Er, Onan and Shelah. You will never find them listed in the lineage of Israel. God worked around Judah’s sin.

Genesis 38:6 “And Judah took a wife for Er his firstborn, whose name was Tamar.”

God killed Er. Judah then sent Onan to create a first born for Er.

Geneis 38:9 “And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother’s wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother.”

Onan had made a public promise to raise up seed for his dead brother, but due to selfishness, broke that promise. God then killed Onan.

When Tamar realized that Judah was not going to give her to Shelah, she tricked Judah and bore two sons to Judah.

Genesis 38:14-18 “And she put her widow’s garments off from her, and covered her with a vail, and wrapped herself, and sat in an open place, which is by the way to Timnath; for she saw that Shelah was grown, and she was not given unto him to wife. When Judah saw her, he thought her to be an harlot; because she had covered her face. And he turned unto her by the way, and said, Go to, I pray thee, let me come in unto thee; (for he knew not that she was his daughter in law.) And she said, What wilt thou give me, that thou mayest come in unto me? And he said, I will send thee a kid from the flock. And she said, Wilt thou give me a pledge, till thou send it? And he said, What pledge shall I give thee? And she said, Thy signet, and thy bracelets, and thy staff that is in thine hand. And he gave it her, and came in unto her, and she conceived by him.”

When word came that Tamar was with child she was brought before Judah.

Geneis 38:25-26 “When she was brought forth, she sent to her father in law, saying, By the man, whose these are, am I with child: and she said, Discern, I pray thee, whose are these, the signet, and bracelets, and staff. And Judah acknowledged them, and said, She hath been more righteous than I; because that I gave her not to Shelah my son. And he knew her again no more.”

Thus the lineage of Judah was kept pure by God’s hand. Judah’s sin was that he married a Canaanite woman. Then he had intercourse with a woman without intent to become her husband. Then when he found out that Tamar had become pregnant he wanted her killed in punishment.

When he found out that he was the man who Tamar had intercourse with, he had no choice but to acknowledge her righteousness. She was righteous through the entire story. Scripture allows for a man to take a woman to wife or give her to his son. His son refused and died so she was righteously Judah’s woman.

Without another separate article Gideon sinned in much the same way.

Judges 8:31 “And his concubine that was in Shechem, she also bare him a son, whose name he called Abimelech.”

Gideon’s concubine was a Canaanite woman. It was her son who killed all but one of Gideon’s sons. Judges 9:5. Gideon’s sons were killed because they were not Canaanites.

The Good Ground is What Matters

Our society no longer knows farming and thus misses the point of the Parable of the Sower. Ask any farmer if he spends any time on the seeds that fall among stones or among thorns. He will likely tell you he spends all of his time on the seed that falls on good ground.

Over the last couple hundred years missionary work has changed to only working the stony places and thorns. We have a couple hundred years of results to prove this doesn’t work plus scripture. Later we find that many who we were told were Christians were not. While the good ground has been ignored an enemy has come in and ridiculed the Gospel and changed the teaching in the schools and churches to destroy the harvest. These are the tares that have been sowed among the good seed. The good seed now has to grow among false doctrine and political correctness.

Because of this we are now in the final stage of the Kingdom of Heaven where the broadcast planting is past and the treasure in the field and the pearl are searched out. When a net is used the good fish are picked out and the bad are discarded.

By the way, there is never any attempt in scripture to help, teach or reform the seed in the bad ground or the tares. They are simply left to die or are forcibly removed at the harvest. Beware. Christians defend the tares because they have been taught false doctrine. Truth is hidden and ridiculed.

Read Matthew 13 and discern the truth.
