The Not So Lost Tribes of Israel

“They were peopled by descendants of the Hebrew Race.” Ptolemy on the Western Isles of Britain and Ireland.

Ireland’s ancient name, Ibernia, meant new land of the Hebrews. The word British means man of the covenant.

“…wherefore there are but two tribes in Asia and Europe subject to the Romans, while the Ten Tribes are beyond the Euphrates till now [Europe], and are an immense multitude, and not to be estimated by numbers.”   Flavius Josephus, historian and contemporary of the Apostles.

John 7:35 “The Jews therefore said among themselves, “Where will this man go that we won’t find him? Will he go to the Dispersion among the Greeks, and teach the Greeks?”

Even the Pharisees knew where those of the house of Israel had gone. The Dispersion, also in the Greek in James 1:1 and 1 Peter 1:1, refers specifically to those of Israel taken in the Assyrian deportations. The not so lost ten tribes in Europe, Britain and Greece.
