Churches Have A Problem

Churches look at the world and try to understand the bible forgetting that the world is upside down. Churches incorrectly believe that those who hate Christ are God’s chosen because they make the claim and call themselves by a name found in the English translations. It isn’t in the Hebrew or Greek texts.

Revelation 2:9b “I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.”

In order to deal with this problem they must either believe that God failed as Christ or they must make up a whole new theology to make the world make sense. Being arrogant, stiff necked men they made up their own theology.

Their theology divides the bible into two parts. They teach that the older part, the old testament, is for an anti-Christ, even though they don’t ever look at it. Those who hate Christ have their own bible that lets them do all kinds of evil called the Talmud.

The other part of the bible they say is for Christians. The newer part, the new testament, is full of references to and is built upon the older part. Those parts are skipped over, ignored or barely acknowledged. If you have ever been in a bible class where they just read over verses without discussion, you may have witnessed this. They skip over them because those verses likely do not fit their split groups theology. They really do not know what to do with those verses. Every time one creates a new doctrine to make sense of bad doctrine, one must continue to make up more new doctrine to fill in the holes in made up bad doctrine. Many doctrines have been created with no or very questionable scripture support. One of them, for example, is the supposed Rapture of the Saints. Scripture specifically shows that the saints will go nowhere else while those who are evil will be removed.

We have one God.

Isaiah 43:11 I, I am Yahweh; and beside me there is no savior.

We have one bible. The bible contains an older part and a newer part. The newer part fully supports the older part and requires it for full understanding.

Romans 15:4 “For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.”

2 Timothy 3:16-17 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.”

We have one faith. The Christian religion is the Hebrew religion reformed and now with a savior. In the Hebrew and Greek texts there is unity of faith and doctrine.

Jeremiah 31:31-33 “Behold, the days come, saith Yahweh, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith Yahweh: But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith Yahweh, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.”

This quote is repeated in Hebrews 8:8-10 and 10:16. This is God again telling people that God’s established righteous and perfect Law are still a part of God’s agreement with God’s Christian Israel people. It also specifically shows that God made that agreement with the same people with whom God made the first agreement. The first agreement was a marriage contract. The second one is a remarriage contract with those of the same people as promised in scripture. Notice that Paul said he speaks to them who know the Law. Only Israel was given the Law, Psalms 147:19-20.

Romans 7:1-4 “Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth? For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man. Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.”

Psalms 147:19-20 “He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel. He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye Yahh.”

Christ died to pay our bill of debt, our sins, Colossians 2:14 in the Greek, but Christ also died to release us from the Law concerning our marriage to God. Now understand the parable in Matthew 25:1-13.

Colossians 2:14 “Blotting out the bond (or certificate of debt) of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross.”

It is always best to look at and discern the world through the eyes of scripture. It is the world that is upside down, not the Kingdom of God.

Tim
