God called Israel “My Son”

Exodus 4:22 “And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith Yahweh, Israel is my son, even my firstborn”.

Then the nation of Israel split into two nations after the reign of King Solomon.

God then had two sons. There are two parables about them, The older son is the House of Judah. The younger son the House of Israel. These are stories about them.

Read the parables beginning in Matthew 21:28 and Luke 15:11. At this point there was still separation and enmity between the two Houses.

Here is one prophecy about their future.

Hosea 1;11 “Then shall the children of Judah and the children of Israel be gathered together, and appoint themselves one head, and they shall come up out of the land: for great shall be the day of Jezreel.

Ephesians 2:13-14, 16-17 shows the fulfillment of the prophecy.

“But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition”. “And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.”

True Israel is one again under one head, Christ and in a new promised land. God did not fail. Christ’s death and resurrection healed the enmity between the two Houses. Christ’s Israel sheep do hear His voice and follow Him as He said. The majority of true Israel have been and are Christians today.

If the modern day Jews are Israel, then Christ must have gotten the stories wrong or mixed up since scripture shows the House of Judah obeying the Father and the House of Israel returned to God, both having made Christ their head.

Bible promise and prophecy tell us that the two Houses of Israel have been reunited under Christ.

The modern day Jews have never been reunited under one head, Christ.
